Why I think marijuana should be legal: I think marijuana should be legal because it is no worse then alcohol. It would also benefit the economy because the government could tax it just as they do tobacco and alcohol. If it was legal they could set rules and guide lines which could make it harder for under age people to get a hold of it because i know that when i was in high school it was easier to find weed then beer. Also the prison system would save money because they wouldn't have to put people on trial for marijuana and if found guilty pay for their stay.
