I don't smoke marijuana, but I have nothing against people who do. It helps my grandma with her pains, and soothes my dad of stress. No body has EVER died from it, maybe someone accidently swallowed a joint and choked on it...but the plant itself is HARMLESS! The American flag and Declaration of Independence was made of hemp. More and more of our freedoms are being chopped away. Smoking should be OUR choice to make.

people need to better understand, be better educated about the uses of marijuana and that its not used just to "get high". and know the proven facts before being for or against it.

nah the myths arent even fricken true, as a fellow stoner and any other true stoner should know what pot does to you.

1. no it doesent, who has proof that it kills brain cells
2. it dont cause nothing but makes everything all giggly.
3. it dont cause suicide, their just making pot responsable for the real drugs
4. it aint addictive, cigarattes are addictive...crack heads!
5. alright look at all the bad things that cause death, is pot one of them, last time i checked the death of pot use is uuhhmmmm.....0

I think the main reason marijuana isn't legal yet is because of all the myths surrounding the smoking of it. Such myths as:

-It kills brain cells
-It causes mental illnesses
-It is a cause of sucide
-It can be so addictive that people need to be hospitalized
-It contributes to several forms of cancer

suck myths are not true and make poeple and the government (even though they know the truth about marijuana) believe it is a harmful drug.

I believe marijuana helps with people who have speech problems. It helps people who cannot eat regularly because of stomach problems, etc. I myself know this for a fact because it helps me personally develop an appetite. It also helps people who shake because of parkinsons disease. please dont mind my spelling. It also helps fight against cancer. Some people experience chronic back aching and marijuana seems to help as a pain reliever. Everyone Vote!
